Hey Guys!
Are you interested in building a Heart House in Minecraft?
All you need are;
Plain White Concrete Blocks
Coloured Block ( I chose Magenta!)
First we’ll build the base of the house.
To do this we start with a row of 19 blocks.
Do the other three sides, all 19 blocks long.
Next, build your building up! I made mine 9 high,
try not to go higher than 17,
since it will show above the heart design.
Once the main house structure is complete, find the center block, block 10, place your coloured block there; and do this on the other three sides.
This will let you know where to start building up your heart design.
The design is simple enough, just go up each row, placing a block one out on either side.
On this first wall, we will make the door, then add 13 blocks on top of the door; this will be the middle for the heart.
Once you get to row 11 – this is two rows higher than your house – you will then place 6 blocks high on either end, joining with the middle column. Then fill in open centers.
Once the centers are filled in, we can make the curved part of the heart.
The first row is 9, the second row is 8, 6 is after that, and finally, 4 for the very top.
Do the same amount of blocks on the opposite side and voila! You have a heart!
Now, begin the pattern all over again for the next wall, starting at the center block that you had placed at the beginning.
Woo Hoo!!
You have a completed Heart House!
If you want you can add heart windows – scroll down for directions – and finally, be sure to decorate the inside! What will you add? A library? All pink furniture? A giant bedroom? Who knows!
The possibilities are endless, enjoy!
Heart Windows:
To make Heart Windows, you can follow these steps.
Go to row 11, and count 7 blocks in, knock out the 7th block, one block.
The next row up, knock out 3 blocks, then knock out 2 rows of 5 blocks, the row above that, knock out 2 block, leave a space, then knock out 2 more.
Finally, the top points, knock 1 block out on each side.
