This book I got from our local library, it's a graphic novel, which I like because it's got lots of pictures and I can read it quicker than a chapter book, but it's just as long.

This book is about the character BabyMouse and it takes place a few days before Halloween; everyone's getting excited, talking about what to wear and what they will do - who's party they will go to and who they will go Trick-or-Treating with.

BabyMouse wants to be scary but some kids say she can't be scary, that girls have to be pretty.

I like how BabyMouse changes the rules of how girls can be scary or cute, not just someone else telling them what to do, or what to wear.

I think both boys and girls would enjoy this book because it teaches a good lesson.

If I had to rate it out of 5 stars, I would give it 5!

This is book nine in the series, but I was able to follow along without having read the first few books.

In this book we follow BabyMouse who wants to have best costume and host the best Halloween party EVER!

She struggles with the idea that girls need to be pretty or cute for Halloween, when all she really wants is to be scary!
